Charles is a Manager in Deloitte’s GBS practice, specialising in operating model design for public sector clients. He passionately believes that GBS solves part of the solution to deliver productivity gains as well as efficiency and cost savings across government organisations and brings his shared services experience from both the private and public sector organisations to his project leadership.
His passion for public sector transformation began during his time on the Teach First programme, where he witnessed how high-quality public services can bridge societal inequalities. He feels energised by contributing to the broader government transformation agenda, embracing the impact future technologies will have on modernising public service delivery, and the how this will enhance the everyday experience of civil servants and frontline workers.
