She is currently in role as interim CIO for the customer and marketing division of a multinational insurer and has 17 years' of experience in leading digital customer transformation work across Retail Financial Services. Career highlights to date include driving customer experiences for a leading UK bank through digital platforms and scaling digital and data programmes across 10 markets for a global bank. She has real hands-on experience in delivering digital experiences through a mix of brand, design, data insight, digital platforms, operating model and scaled technology.
Chloë has held numerous people lead roles and is passionate about people development, inclusion and diversity. She has previously been shortlisted in the Future Leader of the Year category for both the Women in IT and for the Tech Leaders Awards.
