Cosima is a partner in Deloitte UK’s strategy practice. She has over 15 years’ experience architecting major government and private sector transformation programmes in healthcare. Her purpose is to solve the most complex problems in the NHS, to create a society with improved health and wellbeing outcomes. She is passionate about delivering measurable impact through the faster diagnosis of infections and diseases, greater efficacy of treatment, increased levels of staff satisfaction, and ultimately improving life expectancy for citizens.
