Clare Allen

Clare support clients approach their Global Mobility challenges in an innovative way - primarily through the use of design thinking methodology and creating unique transformation experiences within Global Workforce Labs (workshops) that she designs and facilitates.

Clare has led on various Transformation projects including strategy re-design, policy creation and implementation through unique transition approaches, technology/digital process enhancements and managing change impact to assignees and the business.

Clare also organises, presents and facilitates at many of our multi-client events; teaming up with start-ups and/or mobility professionals to deliver a unique experience where in an interactive way participants uncover new opportunities and innovative ways to solve their business challenges.
