Cameron Hudson

Cameron is an Assistant Director in Deloitte’s Advisory Corporate Finance practice specialising in advising financial institutions on restructuring, recovery, and resolution planning. Cameron joined Deloitte from the Resolution Directorate at the Bank of England (BoE), where he worked on policy development and practical contingency planning with firms in distress.

Cameron has extensive experience project managing and delivering a variety of projects, which have included engaging with a variety of stakeholders such as regulators, lawyers and insolvency practitioners. More recently, Cameron has advised G-SIBs and mid-tier banks with restructuring planning, including the analysis, identification and practical planning for potential strategic options to return banks to viability.

He is also experienced in advising banks in preparing and running resolution simulation exercises. Cameron has supported on a number of projects including assisting a G-SIB interpret and implement the Resolvability Assessment Framework (RAF), which culminated in the delivery of a Board resolution simulation exercise. Cameron has also supported a wide range of UK firms by holding regular discussions on their approach to the RAF and general developing of Testing and Assurance programmes.
