Cindy is Managing Partner for Quality, Risk & Security in the UK. Prior to this appointment, she was Managing Partner for UK Risk Advisory.
She has specialised in advising financial services firms on risk management, regulatory changes and governance matters, whilst also working closely with Executives and Boards at retail banks, insurance and wealth management organisations.
Cindy is an experienced skilled person working closely with UK regulators on regulatory investigations. She led our national Retail Conduct and Governance team in Risk Advisory for over 15 years.
