Cindy Chan is EMEA Chief Risk Officer. She is responsible for setting and leading the risk agenda, facilitating a consistent approach to quality, risk and security across EMEA, and supporting firms to manage risk effectively while enabling business priorities.
Cindy brings deep experience advising financial services firms on risk management, regulatory change and governance, working closely with executives and boards across banking, insurance and wealth management. She has also worked extensively with regulators on complex investigations as an experienced skilled person. Previously, Cindy was Chief Risk Officer for Deloitte UK and prior to that, Managing Partner for the Risk Advisory practice in the UK.
