Charlie Smith

Charlie is a Director, working within Transaction Services in Financial Advisory in London. Charlie focuses on transactions in the Energy Transition space including renewable generation, battery storage, transmission and end user consumption.

Charlie has worked with Deloitte in both the UK and Australia where he has assisted a broad range of leading international corporate and private equity clients at all stages of the M&A and transaction life-cycle, including extensive buyside and sell side due diligence as well as helping clients with post-completion SPA value creation.
