Carl joined Deloitte in January 2018 as the COO for Cyber Vigilant. Prior to this, he spent 20 years working for the UK Government Intelligence agencies specialising in Technology and Intelligence gathering and protection (Cyber, RF, Surveillance, National Security and Dissemination). He has a BENG in Electronic engineering from Bristol University. Prior to this he spent 8 years serving in the British Army specialising in telecommunications, EOD and reconnaissance.
