Clare Bridger

Clare specialises in advising major Real Estate transformation programmes for large occupiers. This spans from defining and writing the workplace strategy through to execution of the strategy, change management, employee engagement and senior stakeholder management.

Clare’s recent experience includes running the execution of the workplace strategy and people readiness for half of Deloitte’s own 13,000 London employees as well as working with a major London occupier to lead the senior stakeholder management and strategy and implementation of workplace behaviour change.

Clare is also the co-lead of Deloitte’s Real Estate Consulting Workplace Transformation offering, supporting clients in defining and delivering requirements reflecting the disruption they face from the Future of Work.
