Calum is an Assistant Director in the Sports Business Group leads much of the Group’s work in Governance and Regulation, from the perspective of running effective, efficient and sustainable sports organisations. This has included a leading role in the development and implementation of financial regulations for global sports series and advising a number of sports organisations on their governance, strategy and operations ensuring they are set up for success.
Calum has been involved in a variety of projects across multiple sports including football, rugby, golf, tennis, cycling and motorsport. In particular, he has also assisted with the development of an investment strategy of for a private investor in sport and supported multiple major European football clubs reviewing club-wide operations and governance, supported by best practice benchmarking and developing an action plan focused on improving governance and operational efficiency to achieve the club’s/owner’s strategic objectives.
