Ben leads our City of London Tenant Representation team, advising corporate occupiers in their occupational property strategy to accommodate business change and improve efficiencies. He also advises on the acquisition of new premises and renegotiation of existing leases and disposal of surplus property. Ben has over 20 years of experience advising businesses in the City of London as well as the wider central London office market.
