Avishek has overall 16+ years of experience in IT Consulting and services leading client projects focused on Cloud Suitability and Placement, Cloud Business Case, Cloud Adoption and Roadmap, FinOps, Cloud Migration, Application Transformation, Datacentre decommission and Exit strategy. In his advice role he has engaged with client’s from financial services, healthcare and consumer industries to help understand their business problems and goals to solution approach which would benefit them in their cloud journey.

• Managed multiple cloud suitability assessment program and defining the migration path based on Deloitte’s 6R’s framework, Cloud TCO analysis along with developing wave plan and schedule.
• Led large scale Cloud Transformation projects by providing cloud roadmap and vision, cloud reference architecture and design and managing end to end program including cost analysis recommendation.
• Managed end to end Datacentre to Cloud migration across phases to various Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Worked closely with program stakeholders to provide regular updates, identify risk/issues and provide mitigation path keeping the program on track
