Amber is a Director within the Financial Investors Tax business in the UK. She advises on all aspects of the M&A lifecycle, from capital raising and deployment through to realisations, and regularly advises on domestic and cross-border due diligence and tax structuring.
Amber advises a range of institutional, private equity and family office clients, with a particular focus on outbound capital from Asia investing into real assets in the UK and Europe.
Amber is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
