Andy leads Deloitte’s Global Workforce practice across EMEA where he assists companies in managing their global workforce by realigning their global mobility, talent and rewards programmes to their wider organisation’s business and talent objectives.
He has extensive experience in leading large mobility and rewards transformation projects which includes mobility strategy, global workforce effectiveness, executive strategy, international workforce segmentation and policy redesign, mobility and rewards process optimisation, vendor rationalisation and effectiveness, Global Employment Companies and deployment model implementations, HQ relocations, and international talent attraction value propositions.
Andy has been an expatriate himself for more than half of his career in India, Japan and in New York.
