Alex is a Director within Deloitte’s Development and Assurance team, with over 15 years of post qualification experience. He acts for a range of public sector bodies, both in London and across the wider UK.
His core roles include providing development feasibility and viability advice; running developer procurement exercises; and helping to establish public private partnerships, typically between local authorities and residential developers. Alex also has experience of preparing Best Consideration advice on behalf of local authorities and also providing advice in respect of dispute matters.
