Before joining Deloitte, Agnieszka has worked on the global & market level in the CPG industry . She has implemented RGM organisation & processes as well as has overseen creation & execution of comprehensive RGM/NRM strategy. She has led several pricing researches studies as well as price pack architecture designs, promotional & trade terms optimisation projects.
