Alastair McGeorge

Alastair is a Director within our Risk Advisory practice and is part of our Retail Lending Leadership. Alastair has worked within Financial Services for 20 years and focusses on lending and collections practices within fintech lenders, challenger banks and non-FS FCA regulated entities. He has experience across a range of lending issues such as Collections Strategy, Affordability, Operations, Transformation and Operating Model as well as control disciples such as Outcome Testing, Service and Product Governance, Complaints, and Vulnerable Customers. Alastair has also worked on Skilled Persons, “Shadow Skilled Persons”, remediation plans with collections functions as a result of regulatory scrutiny and has industry wide knowledge on approaches and practices.
