Alan joined Deloitte in October 2016 and has over 8 years of experience in providing M&A advice. Since joining Deloitte Alan has advised and worked on number of deals primarily focused on sell side.
Prior to joining Deloitte Alan was part of the internal M&A team at CRH Plc a FTSE 100 company. There he sourced and advised on value-enhancing deals for the Company and its shareholders.
Alan is a qualified ACCA Member and previous qualifications include a Masters in Quantitative Finance and also holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
