As an Associate Director in the Equity & Incentives team, Arun has experience advising a variety of UK and global clients, across a range of different industries, in relation to M&A transactions, post-transaction structuring and equity-based incentive arrangements.
As part of his role, Arun is responsible for modelling outcomes in relation to incentive plans for private equity-backed businesses, as well as private companies. This helps our clients to understand the key trends in the market.
One of Arun’s passions is learning and talent. Each year, Arun has supported the design and delivery of the Tax and Legal Analyst Academy, held each year for our new Analysts.
Arun graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London in BSc (Hons) Computer Science and Mathematics. Arun is a Member of The Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIOT), The Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA), The Chartered Institute for IT (BCS) and The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
