He provides advice to UK and overseas investors, developers and occupiers across a range of asset-classes including offices, hotels, shopping centres, healthcare properties, logistics assets, data centres and residential developments. Adam also advises UK Real Estate Investment Trusts (‘REITs’) and those looking to establish REITs.
Recent transactions have included:
- Conversions of existing listed property companies to REITs and the establishment of a number of new REITs, including the launch of the first ‘institutional’ REITs.
- Acquisitions and disposals of UK commercial buildings across the office, hotel, retail and healthcare sectors.
- Advising on Central London residential redevelopment projects and joint ventures.
- Advising corporate occupiers on their property transactions, and evaluation of overall property strategy options.
