Andrew is a Partner in Deloitte Legal specialising in employment law. He has over twelve years’ experience of advising employers on contentious and non-contentious aspects of the employment relationship across a range of sectors. He has particular experience in handling complex, high value and often high profile employment claims involving discrimination and whistleblowing. He has advised clients on internal investigations relating to a variety of issues, including discrimination, whistleblowing, fraud, bribery and corruption and sexual harassment. He also has significant experience advising on the pre and post completion employment aspects of transfers of undertakings, joint ventures, mergers and outsourcing, often involving an international dimension, as well as headcount reduction and change processes and the associated collective consultation requirements.
