Andrew Barroso is a Director in Deloitte’s Economic Consulting team with over 15 years’ experience working in regulatory, strategic and modelling projects in the energy and water sectors. He has worked with private sector companies, regulators and government departments on a range of issues and challenges facing energy and water companies. He has worked with clients in the UK, Republic of Ireland, a number of other European countries and the Middle East. Andrew has also supported investors looking to acquire regulated assets in the UK.
