Alison Alexander-Birch

Alison is a Partner in our Digital Customer team with over 20 years’ experience in shaping and leading major digital transformations across Financial Services. Leading our Real Estate Consulting portfolio, she is responsible for bringing the best of Deloitte’s multi-disciplinary capability to our Real Estate clients as they seek to respond to the challenges and capitalise on opportunities in a market which is rapidly accelerating and converging.

Alison joined Deloitte in 2014 having run her own consulting business for 10 years, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge spanning end to end programme management including Customer Engagement Strategy, Organisational Design and Change, Benefits Realisation, Programme Delivery, Governance, and Roadmap Definition.

Leveraging her experience of working with some of our largest and most complex programmes spanning front to back-office transformations with regional and global footprints, Alison has also undertaken a number of leadership roles within the organisation including UK and Global Financial Service Salesforce Leader where she continues to provide guidance and expertise on scaling and evolving all facets of the relationship to bring the power of Salesforce to our clients.
