• Step out of your bubble – find ways to expand your horizons and listen to other people’s experiences.
• Be ruthless with your time – you can do anything, but you cannot do everything, so make your choices very deliberately. 
• Look after yourself – to weather the relentless leadership pressures, make sure you set up your support systems both at home and at work. Professional coaching can be incredibly helpful.
