Sumayya joined Deloitte as an Experienced hire working as an Enterprise Architect within the UK Tech Vision & Architecture practice. Sumayya is an Enterprise Architect, bringing over 8 years of experience from the Financial Services and Public sectors. She specialises in crafting and refining architecture design principles, previously working as a Technology Architect for clients including the Bank of England. At Deloitte, she leads Talent & Performance for Architecture Crafts, aiming to increase recognition for skilled individuals within Deloitte and the wider architecture community. She is actively engaged in the Deloitte community, notably as a member of the Women in Architecture core community where she manages the NSE-wide community. Additionally, she contributes to the Architecture Crafts practice by leading Talent & Performance initiatives. She is a Deloitte certified architect and is passionate about promoting Architecture as a career path for women and is excited to be part of this diverse community! Emily joined Deloitte as part of the Graduate Programme after studying Mathematics at University, which gave her exposure to Machine Learning, Statistical & Financial Modelling and Operations Research. She is based within Deloitte’s Enterprise, Technology & Performance offering and is interested in ITSM, enhancing client solutions through technology and particularly architectural enablement, design and solutions. Within Deloitte, she is part of the Women in Architecture community and enjoys the opportunity to connect with likeminded individuals within the Architecture practice across NSE. She is passionate about promoting Architecture as a career path for women and is excited to be part of this diverse community!
