This podcast was recorded in late March 2023. Since the recording, the FCA has announced that the final SDR rules will be published in Q3 2023 rather than June 2023, and European authorities have published a consultation to review the SFDR RTS and a set of SFDR Q&As, both of which cover a range of SFDR related issues. A wider review of the SFDR level 1 Regulation is still due for Q3 2023.
