One year can bring change – and now it’s time to measure the progress.

Last year, Deloitte Ukraine, together with Women on Boards Ukraine, released the first comprehensive dataset on women’s representation in supervisory boards across the country. It set a clear benchmark for understanding gender diversity in corporate governance.

Today, we’re launching the second phase of the survey to track how this landscape has evolved and what these changes mean for corporate governance in Ukraine.

This year, the study will take a deeper look at:

  • Changes in supervisory board representation, highlighting where progress has been made and where challenges remain
  • Differences across industries, ownership types, and organizational structures
  • Updated, comparable indicators that support long-term monitoring
  • Insights from board members, regulators, and subject-matter experts to interpret emerging trends
  • A focused analysis of the financial sector, one of the most influential and highly regulated areas of the economy

By applying a consistent methodology, we can identify real trends and deliver reliable insights – not assumptions.

As Ukraine continues to align with European governance standards, transparent and reliable data becomes essential for building trust, enhancing resilience, and supporting effective decision-making.

We look forward to sharing the findings and engaging stakeholders in this important dialogue.
