Deloitte named a Leader in Asia/Pacific Cloud Security Services by IDC MarketScape

According to the IDC MarketScape study, “IDC defines cloud security services as a set of security offerings catered to provide security management capabilities to ensure 24 x 7 operations of cloud technologies and architectures, managed workloads and data in the cloud, as well as embedded professional security services.” 

“In the context of the [Asia/Pacific] region, organisations are becoming increasingly discerning in their expectations from [service providers],” according to the study. “This shift is driven by the ever-growing complexity of IT systems, broadened threat landscape, evolving regulatory demands and ongoing [digital transformation] shaping the future of business.”

• Acquisition of ParaFlare, an Australia-based 24 x 7 managed detection and response (MDR) provider with sovereign cloud security capabilities for national security and critical infrastructure clients 
• Portfolio of team hire transactions in Asia Pacific to provide clients access to specialised cyber skills, such as a China-based team of connected vehicle specialists, multiple Australia-based teams supporting national defence, security and justice agencies and several cyber engineering and architecture teams
