Dr. Andries van Dijk is director in Deloitte North and South Europe. He has 30 years of experience in business-IT consulting, with a focus on technology strategy and technology operating model transformation. In this role, he worked for many large clients in several industries, often with a role of trusted adviser to the CIO. van Dijk is the lead researcher and lead author of the ‘Business of Technology – the Nine Big Shifts’ point of view. He has a master’s in econometrics and holds a Ph.D. in information science.
