The HR Function Health Check addresses common challenges and helps you maximize the value of your HR function in a quick, structured and focused manner. During a HR Function Health Check, we:

  • Perform a quick scan on the HR Services provided to the business
  • Conduct a rapid assessment on the HR Operating Model, Roles & Responsibilities and Service Delivery Model
  • Compare the current HR processes with the best practices
  • Perform an HR system Health Check to analyze your current technology landscape

The HR Function Health Check generally consists of the following*:

 

The Assessment Phase: 

 

The assessment phase focusses on rapidly gaining insights into the pain points that may obstruct your HR Transformation potential. These topics can range from larger HR Function challenges (e.g., HR Operating Model or Service Delivery) to more specific client challenges (e.g., technology landscape or payroll). Through the strategic use of stakeholder interviews and assessments, you will receive a comprehensive overview of these challenges, providing you with a foundation to build upon. 

 

The Recommendation Phase: 

 

In this phase you will receive a clear and focused list of actionable recommendations based on best practices, our industry prints and experience, to maximize the identified opportunities. To support these recommendations, insightful lab sessions will be conducted with the relevant stakeholders to enhance understanding and adoption.   

 

Optimization Roadmap: 

 

To help your organization look to the future, an optimization roadmap will be provided encompassing the list of actional recommendations. A summary of varying aspects that may impact this roadmap is provided in the form of an Effort-Impact matrix. This matrix will help you make prioritizing decisions concerning which actionable recommendations will take priority going forward.
