The Dutch Boardroom Programme has been designed to support and guide current and future non-executive directors in their role. The Programme provides a platform to stay informed, professionally develop and connect to a network of peers. 

Each component of the programme is tailored to the specific needs of the non-executive director, bringing Deloitte subject matter expertise, as well as insights from executive leaders, academia and peers to the table.

Global Boardroom Program Webinars

Deloitte Global Boardroom Program discussions are open to Board members and Senior Executives. If you are unable to attend because of time zone differences or scheduling conflicts, please register for the session and we will send you a link to the recording to watch at your convenience.

Audit Labs

Deloitte’s Audit Committee Labs are customized, facilitated sessions focused on enhancing the performance of audit committee members, both as individuals and as part of a high-functioning team. The program incorporates leading practices from our research and extensive experience with audit committees, as well as advance input from the audit committee’s key stakeholders. The labs are held in a structured and confidential environment, allowing the participants to build a strategy to execute responsibilities effectively and efficiently.

Stakeholder Day

In March 2025, we are set to host the third edition of Stakeholder Day, a distinguished gathering crafted for Senior Executives, Non-Executives, and key decision-makers in the fields of risk and regulatory affairs. This year's event is themed “The dynamic interplay of artificial intelligence in our Financial Ecosystem” and will explore the captivating realm of trustworthy Generative AI through engaging discussions and presentations. Emphasizing the complex risk and regulatory applications linked to compliance, the day promises to be filled with expert insights and progressive dialogue.

Roundtables

Deloitte’s Supervisory Boardroom roundtables are a small and intimate events where peers come together to exchange ideas, experiences, and knowledge. We organize these roundtables for our Chair, Audit & Risk and Remuneration communities. All sessions are designed to promote peer-to-peer interaction, allowing each participant to share their perspectives and learn from others in similar roles or with similar experiences. These roundtables are hosted by senior Deloitte partners, either sitting on our (Non-)Executive Board or senior experts from our practices. The informal and personal setting enables participants to connect on a deeper level, leading to more meaningful discussions and insights.

Non-Executives Dialogues

The focus of our Non-Executive Dialogue sessions is to unify the experience and thinking ability of some of Netherlands’ top Non-Executive leaders in a small-scale and personal setting. Learning from peers with similar dilemmas and challenges, by asking the right questions and exchanging experiences.
