Well at Work Monitor
Work, workforces and workplaces are responding to technological and societal disruptors at an exponential pace. Let's discover opportunities for your organization, together.
With over 80,000 hours of our lives spent working, wellbeing is strongly influenced by workplace factors. Leaders recognise this and are increasingly prioritising wellbeing at work to improve business performance. The Well at Work (W@W) monitor, developed through research by TNO, with a community of leading organisations and in partnership with Zilveren Kruis, provides continuous monitoring and sharing of wellbeing data as the means to devising positive and uplifting solutions for the benefit of employees and employer organisations.
The questionnaire-based tool is holistic, user-friendly, and confidential in design yet underpinned by robust and reliable scientific methods. The outputs encourage teams to take collective responsibility for improving their wellbeing, and helps organisations to transform the workplace culture to prioritise greater wellbeing.
Everyone can monitor their own wellbeing scores, compare it with other segments of the organization, and receive actionable insights on how to improve.
Besides monitoring themselves, team leads can see aggregated scores of their team(s), enabling them to act on potential signals adequately.
Firm-wide wellbeing scores, possible trends and issues can be distilled by analysing all departmental scores. From this level, wellbeing investments and/or cultural transformation can be initiated.
