This includes: Digital Finance Strategy & Architecture ERP implementation Data Management/Governance programs Data Analytics, including Artificial Intelligence and Predictive Analytics Data Architecture including tooling selection and implementation Business process outsourcing I love to work with clients to transform their financial processes with Robotics, Data Analytics, Best in Class Financial Systems and Cognitive Technology. I operate on the belief that Digital Finance transformation is driven by people and strategy first - then enabled by technology and data power.

I coordinate growth strategies and market initiatives for Deloitte’s EMEA Anaplan practice, which creates future-ready strategies that apply state-of-the-art concepts, processes and tools to support Integrated Planning and Reporting across all functional areas and industries. I apply transformation strategies, innovation methodologies and design-thinking approaches to help clients solve business-critical challenges, unlock value and accelerate time-to-revenue. My experience includes 20+ years in Sales and Marketing Transformation, including strategy, management and operations, working in global roles in Telecoms and Technology sectors. I am passionate about leveraging the power of collaborative innovation to drive positive, sustainable change in the workplace and in our communities.

Hans Engelberts

Director

Hans leads a dedicated team for the transformation of budgeting, planning and forecasting processes. This Netherlands based team has a focus on Consumer and Retail clients, functioning as the European Centre of Excellence to develop and share knowledge and assets for all Deloitte’s clients. In cooperation with other practices in Deloitte Consulting, we have a complete strategy how to mature into an Enterprise Business Planning, also known as XP&A or Connected Planning. Expert knowledge are both on the EBP strategy and on each individual planning process, including FP&A, demand, S&OP, supply, workforce, procurement, commerce and marketing.
