Prior to that I was the Business Leader for Deloitte Consulting and the CHRO for Deloitte Netherlands. I have over 25 years experience in (Human Capital) Consulting in topics ranging from organization development, HR-advisory and talent management. I am passionate about building effective organizations and helping professionals make more impact. Throughout my career I have focused around putting strategy into practice, building winning organization capabilities and sustaining a healthy and inclusive workplace.
