Kris has over 20 years of experience in transactions and heads the M&A Legal team in Amsterdam. The M&A Legal team advises in all phases of the M&A life cycle, such as carve-out/separation, M&A ready, legal due diligence, transaction documentation and post merger integration. Kris has an LL.M. in corporate law and an MBA in corporate finance.

Kris is one of the driving forces behind our offerings around automated document analysis for transactions and integration projects.
