As a Partner within Consulting, Johan is responsible for the Operations Transformation practice and has many years of experience in the financial sector. He specializes in major transformations within the core processes of banks such as mortgages, loans and payments. He is particularly interested in operations strategy, product innovation, robotization and artificial intelligence.
