Henk de Graaf

Partner | Tax

Henk is a partner in Deloitte Tax Consultants' Public Sector group. He specializes in tax matters related to (investments in) the built environment, including their realization, financing, and structuring. His focus lies particularly on housing associations, infrastructure, and investment companies.

Henk holds a Master of Real Estate from the Amsterdam School of Real Estate and has been working as a tax advisor for over 25 years. Prior to his tenure in the public sector, Henk gained extensive experience in the investment real estate and project development markets.
