I am a Director in the Reputation, Crisis and Resilience team of Deloitte NL. I specialize in organizational resilience, incident- and crisis management and focus on training senior decision-makers during crises, helping them to feel comfortable dealing with uncertain and stressful situations. Additionally, I regularly provide real-time crisis response support to C-level leaders in need.

I hold Masters degrees in Crisis and Security Management (Leiden University) and Philosophy (Tilburg University).
