Anna formed a part of the Deloitte team since 2021 where she has led transformation and human capital projects across various industries. Her background in project and change management ensured successful navigation and delivery across several engagements ranging from solutions implementation to business transformation. Outside of Deloitte, Anna gained her experience in Poland, United Kingdom, and Malta, with expertise in hospitality industry, sales, operational transformation, and talent development. As the head of Operational Innovation in one of her previous roles, she led and managed over 25 projects for continuous process and service improvement. Additionally, she is a Business Chemistry ® facilitator and a member of the global Behaviour First community, serving Deloitte and its clients in delivering change management projects.
Manager - Technology & Transformation - Deloitte Malta
Karen joined Deloitte Malta in 2019 with experience working in the Middle East. While in Qatar, she worked with the strategy team on multiple engagements in sectors such as government, free trade zones and startup ecosystems. In Malta, she delivered successful engagements including core banking transformations and international digital transformations with ERP implementations. These complex projects traversed across the financial services, retail, and automotive sectors. With over 6 years experience in this space, she is highly effective in implementing robust project governance structures with strong control mechanisms and bringing stakeholders in line to achieve project objectives. In addition, she leads initiatives like design sprints and visioning workshops to cultivate a culture of innovation that enable teams and businesses to focus on business agility and supports them to become future-proof.
Bede joined Deloitte Malta in 2023, bringing with him 18 years’ experience in policy, trade, and infrastructure across both the public and private sector. He has worked in senior roles in Asia, Oceania, and Europe and has a passion for transformation, strategy and leading change. Bede is a key member of Deloitte Malta’s Transformation and Strategy team, working across sectors to advise, support, and deliver on significant transformation projects, particularly in relation to technology and/or ESG.
