About Mustaqbaly Program
Deloitte is proud to offer ambitious and talented Egyptian Nationals the exciting opportunity to join Mustaqbaly program, a market leading Advancement Program.
Mustaqbaly aims to attract, engage and develop top Egypt talent while grooming them in their personal and professional development throughout their career to become world-class leaders and Deloitte ambassadors.
The Program is open for fresh graduates across Egypt and successful candidates will be provided with the opportunity to go on a selective three-year program where they will work and study with Deloitte.
Egypt nationals joining the Mustaqbaly program will be exposed to an extensive professional as well as practical training. They will be supported to achieve locally as well as internationally recognized professional qualifications such as ACCA.

The Mustaqbaly Program aims to attract, develop, and empower ambitious Egypt nationals, creating future ambassadors and leaders in professional services.
By offering tools for personal and professional growth, selected candidates will thrive in an environment that enhances their development, leadership skills, and strengths through empowerment, motivation, challenges, mentoring, and coaching.
Who is eligible to apply?
Graduates
- No experience is required
- Min. GPA required is 3
- Analytical with good communication Skills
- BA in Accounting or Finance majors (or any other equivalent qualification)
- Desire to make a career in professional services (ACCA)
