He works in particular for investment management, for both public and private markets. Thibault has extensive experience in reviewing and designing target operating models, by contemplating solutions to resolve client challenges and enable their business strategy, such as outsourcing activities to 3rd-party services providers or deploying technology solutions. He has accompanied many clients in their digital transformation, by acting as enterprise architect and by leading the implementation of core systems and digital enablers. He has developed programs not only in Luxembourg but also for pan-European and global organizations. Thibault is also closely following digital innovation, such as AI, blockchain, token and digital assets to explore their impacts on the investment management industry. He leads for consulting Deloitte Luxembourg digital asset initiative and go to market, and has been participating to working groups of various industry associations, such as ABBL, ALFI, or LPEA, looking at digital developments. Thibault holds a master in computer science from Université Paris VI and a master in telecommunications management from Roosevelt University, Chicago, Illinois.

With more than 30 years of experience, Laurent has comprehensive and seasoned working knowledge of the financial marketplace state. He is also actively involved in the design and application of new Digital Assets / DLT solutions within the market infrastructure. At Deloitte, he has advised investment banks, custodians, asset managers, cash and derivative exchanges, clearing houses and central securities depositories. Specialist areas include business and technology strategy creation, business and IT alignment, digital assets / crypto assets solutions. He is an experienced senior executive and business leader with a proven track record of consulting to the global financial services industry.

Raphaël has over 16 years experience in international tax planning. He is providing services to multiple clients and focuses on M&A practice. He advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, assistance with structuring acquisitions, repatriation of income planning, leveraging acquisition vehicles and tax structuring of funds for major UK and US houses.

He has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry, counselling and auditing large asset management companies and their funds as well as smaller boutiques from the French, UK, US, Asian, Australian, Swiss and local markets. He is also leading the fund liquidation and restructuring department of Deloitte in Luxembourg. Nicolas is recognized for his technical expertise within the Deloitte network of member firms and is involved in the EMEA Investment Management practice of Deloitte. He is a member of various professional associations in Luxembourg including ALFI and ILA. He holds a master degree in Commercial Engineer and a master in analysis, controls and audit from HEC Liège. He is an Expert-comptable, and a Luxembourg Réviseur d’entreprises agréé. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

With more than 15 years of practical experience, Vincent assists alternative asset managers (private equity and real estate players) on a wide variety of domestic and international tax issues including merger and acquisition, global tax optimization, tax due diligence and other considerations affecting alternative investment funds. In addition, Vincent has a specific focus and strong experience on African market (both inbound and outbound). Before joining Deloitte, Vincent built up experience in in a law firm in France. He graduated in Tax Law with an additional specialization in Business Administration.

He specializes in audits of investment funds (UCITS and AIF) including different type of assets being classical shares and bonds but also complex derivatives, structured products and efficient portfolio management techniques. Sascha also has got significant exposure to the audit of passive funds. Sascha is active in the ALFI working group on swing pricing and the ILA Investment Fund Audit Committee working group. He also facilitates Deloitte internal courses on investment funds. He obtained a degree from the University of Mannheim (Germany) with specializations in audit, accounting and finance, is an ACCA Member since 2016 and has obtained the ACCA Practising Certificate and Audit Qualification. Sascha is fluent in English and German.
