Raphaël has over 16 years experience in international tax planning. He is providing services to multiple clients and focuses on M&A practice.
He advises clients on a wide variety of international tax issues, including mergers and acquisitions, assistance with structuring acquisitions, repatriation of income planning, leveraging acquisition vehicles and tax structuring of funds for major UK and US houses.
