Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) – Flagship Launch | Bengaluru | 10 October 2025:

Deloitte India's Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) program was launched with its first flagship event in Bengaluru on 10 October 2025, bringing together 14+ women technology leaders for an afternoon of powerful conversations, peer learning, and community building.

Created to strengthen the visibility, influence, and networks of women in technology, EWIT empowers leaders to shape the future of business and technology with confidence and impact. Following months of digital engagement through leadership interviews, podcasts, and leadership video bytes, the flagship event marked the beginning of a thriving national community of women technology executives.

The event featured a compelling storytelling masterclass by Yuki Ellias, who shared practical insights on using storytelling to build executive presence, drive influence, and lead with impact. Senior technology leaders also engaged in thought-provoking discussions on how the technology agenda is increasingly becoming the business agenda, highlighting the evolving role of technology leaders in shaping enterprise strategy.

The event was led by Pragati Chakraborty, Abhrajt Ray, and Dhiraj Bhandary, alongside distinguished industry leaders. Through interactive networking and community-building activities, participants forged meaningful peer connections, exchanged experiences, and strengthened a growing national network of women technology executives committed to advancing inclusive leadership.

 

Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) – Chennai | 10 March 2026:

The Executive Women in Tech (EWIT) session in Chennai brought together 20+ senior women technology leaders to explore the theme, "Building Your Personal Board of Directors." The event focused on strengthening peer networks while reinforcing Deloitte's role as a trusted convener for women leaders in technology.

Through engaging discussions and an interactive workshop, participants gained practical insights into leadership, adaptability, mentorship, and intentional career development. The session encouraged leaders to cultivate diverse networks of mentors, sponsors, peers, and advisors to navigate career growth and leadership with confidence.

The event featured thought-provoking conversations led by Anand Shankar, Shobhana P. Ravi, and Vani Gopalan, who shared their leadership journeys and perspectives on building influence, resilience, and lasting professional relationships. By fostering meaningful dialogue and peer connections, the Chennai edition further strengthened EWIT's growing community of women technology executives across India.
