The CFO Vantage Program experience is designed to develop the next generation of leading CFOs. The program targets the needs of senior finance professionals who the CFO believes could be ready to be elevated to the role of a CFO within the next two to five years.
It provides executives with an opportunity for preparation, self-reflection, and hands-on scenario planning related to key aspects of CFO goals and objectives.
The faculty is uniquely positioned to deliver this curriculum, offering attendees decades of first-hand experience from C-suite executives, analysts, rating agency executives, authors, university professors, attorneys, and senior Deloitte partners.
It is built on real-life business, commercial and financial experience, with insights, guidance, and support from multiple business leaders.
The Academy provides the participants with an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with peers from similarly sized organisations across industries and geographies.

The third cohort of the CFO Vantage Program commenced with its first workshop, held from 27 to 29 October 2025, bringing together aspiring #CFOs for an engaging and insightful experience. The sessions focused on the key stakeholders a CFO deals with, including the CEO, the audit chair, bankers,
etc. Complementing the sessions was a dynamic thread activity that seamlessly aligned with the program’s sessions.
Adding to the festive spirit were a Diwali wish tree, a live band performance and curated culinary delights―all of which enriched the overall experience.
The grand finale workshop featured a dynamic session on disruption by Dr. Jagdish Bhandarkar, Chief Disruption Officer and Namratha Rao, Head Digital Excellence Centre. The grand finale also included the graduation ceremony for the second cohort, where Deloitte South Asia COO Nitin Kini presented certificates to the participants. Nitin Kini also shared valuable insights on innovation and future trends in technology. Also, participants were given a walkthrough of Deloitte’s Centre for Innovation and Technology.
The workshop helped participants gain valuable insights from regulators, who discussed trends and patterns in compliance gaps, the necessity of regulations, and ways for companies to collaborate with regulators to create a viable ecosystem.
The workshop focused on enabling aspiring CFOs to lead with authenticity and influence by building a strong personal brand through mediums including social media and understanding their leadership style to foster collaboration and business chemistry.
The second workshop of the CFO Vantage Program 2.0, focused on the theme of transformation, explored through brand building, gravitas and Finance Transformation
Focusing on ‘Transformation’, both Personal and Financial Transformation, the first part of the workshop highlighted the importance of high-impact communication, presence, and stakeholder management for aspiring CFOs.
The second part delved into the evolving role of #finance leaders, with interactive learning and case studies on Finance Transformation that emphasised transformative initiatives, Gen AI in Finance and the capabilities of the finance function in the future.
The second edition of the CFO Vantage Program, held from 18-20 March 2025 at the Deloitte Knowledge Centre, was power-packed with the new cohort of aspiring CFOs immersing in the theme “CFO Pathshala 2.0.”
Day 1 and Day 2 witnessed insightful sessions, inspiring speeches, networking opportunities and engaging ice-breaking activities, including a gamified music session.
Furthering the momentum, Day 3 threw light on the leadership-development journey, exploring key aspects of the CFO’s role in making an impact that matters for the future of businesses. It also facilitated participants to network with their peers and gain insightful knowledge as they prepare for their journey ahead.
