Nicole leads the Client Solution Lifecycle pillar in Deloitte's Oracle practice, where she focuses on industry-specific extensions and solutions unique to Deloitte that address clients' top signature industry issues. In addition to her role in solution development, Nicole is dedicated to the growth and development of Deloitte's high-caliber talent, serving as a Talent Group Leader. Her dual focus ensures that clients receive innovative, tailored solutions while fostering a strong, capable team within the organization.

Qianruo Sun is a leader at Deloitte Consulting LLP, specializing in Oracle-enabled supply chain digital transformation and innovation. She works closely with industry leaders across LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions, using advanced technologies to help improve business processes and create lasting value in various sectors.
