Dr. Vikram Venkateswaran is technology leader with over 19 years of experience across customer acquisition,  digital transformation, automation, product development and business strategy. He serves on various industry committees on technology and has published papers on a wide range of topics like Digital Transformation, Digital Ethics, Artificial Intelligence, Customer Experience and Blockchain. Dr Vikram leads the technology development under the Risk Advisory program RA Tech.
