He is an international M&A and divestitures expert and has executed 100+ engagements in the M&A space, including some of the largest and most iconic integrations and divestitures. He has 20 years of experience and has worked extensively in the consumer, consumer electronics, enterprise IT and technology sectors.
Tarun has led multiple cross-border transactions, including in the US, the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific and India. He has helped several clients manage complex dependencies, realise synergies and reduce stranded costs. He also helped clients undertake major transformations while executing complex transactions. With his in-depth expertise and experiences across diverse cultures and geographies, Tarun brings in a strong perspective on change management and transition for his clients.
His focus areas include M&A strategy, commercial and operational DD, post-merger integration and divestiture execution, synergy and value capture.
