Ashik brings over extensive experience in auditing and financial reporting. He has worked with Big4 public accounting firms in Bangladesh, the Middle East, and the United States of America. Ashik specializes in IFRS, US GAAP, J-SOX, ISA, US Standards on Auditing, accounting and reporting of merger and acquisition, revenue including software revenue recognition, goodwill, and impairment accounting.
Ashik is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of CA Bangladesh. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), USA. Ashik holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting & Information Systems from the University of Dhaka.
