Shrenik is an indirect tax parter at Deloitte, and leads technology for indirect tax. He focuses on helping organisations transform their indirect tax functions through technology enabled solutions and data driven insights. He advises clients across industries on navigating the evolving indirect tax landscape while strengthening compliance, governance, and operational efficiency.
Shrenik brings deep expertise in indirect tax, including GST, with a strong emphasis on tax technology, automation, and analytics. He works closely with clients to design and implement tax technology platforms that support end to end compliance, reporting, and transaction management, and to embed technology into indirect tax operating models in a scalable and sustainable manner.
His experience spans complex transformation programmes, mergers and acquisitions, and large scale indirect tax implementations, where he combines tax technical tax knowledge with the technology practical execution capabilities. Shrenik is recognised for his innovation led approach and has been acknowledged for excellence in ideation and delivery.
Shrenik has led conceptualisation, development, enhancement and maintenance of Deloitte’s proprietary solution named Bolt-on for e-invoicing and e-reporting in India. Shrenik has also led development, implementation and maintenance of Deloitte’s proprietary e-invoicing solution, named DeInvois, in Malaysia and is currently working on similar implementation in Singapore and Nigeria.
Through his work in indirect tax technology, Shrenik helps organisations build resilient, future ready tax functions that are aligned to regulatory expectations and business objectives.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor Degree in of Commerce in Accounting and Finance.
