Rahul has over 21+ years of experience in consulting. He is a resourceful team leader focused on delivering value-based customer solutions and implementation recommendations for complex business processes. He leads the Finance Strategy sub-function for Deloitte India. He has worked with clients across a range of industries, including Consumer Products, High-Tech, Telco and Manufacturing. He has advised multiple clients on areas of finance process transformation, Lean finance, finance function benchmarking, shared services & outsourcing advisory etc.

Rahul is a Computer Science Engineer from NIT, Jaipur and has an MBA from MDI Gurgaon

Summary of Relevant Experience:

• Led the finance process design for a global leader in mining industry as a pre-cursor to their SAP S4 HANA implementation journey
• Led the finance talent capability development journey for one of the large content streming organisation based in India. This involved one-to-one assessment of critical finance resources followed by developing individual development plan for each one of them
• Global lead for RTR transformation for a global alcoholic beverages manufacturer. The engagement involved designing the detailed RTR “to-be” processes across the key European markets. The engagement also involved implementing the recommendations working closely with the technology vendors and process GPOs
• Led the finance process re-engineering engagement with a mid-size IT organisation covering OTC, PTP and RTR areas. The deliverables included process flow diagrams, process narratives, RACM, BRDs for IT implementation and recommendation log
• Led the Finance Post Merger Integration of two mid size IT organisations covering 7 workstreams including PTP, RTR, OTC, Tax, Treasury, Business Finance and Legal. The engagement involves project management content/operational support for Business Finance, OTC, PTP and RTR work-streams. 
• Lead the Pre-Merger Readiness engagement for the merger of India’s largest telecom giants. Lead the work stream involving carve-out of India shared services from the global entity. The engagement involved multiple aspects including people, sites, processes, technology, applications, physical infrastructure, networks etc.
• Lead an engagement for end to end finance process standardisation & optimisation for the global shared services unit of a global telecom major. The processes were across 23 global markets and multiple entities of the organisation.
• Lead an engagement supporting a consumer goods manufacturer to enter into LED business segment. This included setting up the target operating model, defining finance processes, building driver based planning, budgeting & forecasting templates and developing action oriented MIS for the management
• Managed an engagement for end to transformation of invoicing process (cost plus mark-up) for one of the professional services firms. 
• Lead the feasibility assessment for finance process outsourcing for a global aerospace major in UK
